INTRODUCTION
Well Well Well, the Gundam X aka the GX. The main mecha in the few early episodes of Mobile New Century Gundam X before it was defeated by the Vertigo. The HG kit is typical HG Bandai fare and well we have something nice here.

HEAD UNIT
As usual, non-graded kits from the Turn A as well as the Seed and Destiny lines have an almost similar construction for head. The antenna is molded in yellow (the colour guide says it is gold or something like gold) while all the other parts are good. 2 parts for the head shape front and back, red mouth and clear eye piece with an eye sticker. Though you get an extra red part for the top camera holder thing. SO STANDARD.

BODY UNIT
The colour molding for this kit and its similar counterpart, the HG 1/100 Gundam X Divider has some slight problems. The blue parts shown in the packaging and the guide is obviously darker than what is given. Still, aside from colour tone, the colours are accurate with the white bits of the chest is sticker. Red parts join the body with the waist and of course, yellow vernier windows.

ARM UNIT
The arm is also very usual with nothing much to say except for the shape of the shoulder. HG kits are better with moveable fingers and this gives easier posing for the kit. The joints are quite tight and there are silver plated parts for the side of the arms to show the Satellite Cannon effect.

LEG UNIT
The leg is HG + simple. The feet is made up of blue and white parts. The upper leg and the lower legs are all white and jointed by polycaps. There are also silver plated parts for the legs to show Satellite Cannon effect yet again.

WEAPONS/BOOSTER/EXTRAS & FINAL VERDICT
I like this baby's cannon. The cannon is cool and fits perfectly. The 4 wings have silver plated parts and this greatly enhances its appearance. The only downturn for the cannon is that I took 15 mins to get it right in posing firing mode. You also get a beam sword with 2 pieces of beams, one small and one big. The shield beam rifle is the failure here. This piece doesn't hold well in the arms in either modes. All in All, I am a Gundam X kit fan, so this is good for Gundam X.
