INTRODUCTION

The First of the 4 Gundams that appeared in the newest series, Gundam OO saw pilot Setsuna F. Seiei piloting this mobile suit with GN particles that could disrupt radar of average fighetrs and mobile suits. However the 1/100 model kit aint so bright for a non graded OO series.

HEAD UNIT

This time we have an extra terrestial Gundam head. We normally have yellow V shaped anttenae on the head but this time its shorter and in white (?). The others are basic Gundam non-grade head affairs with exception at the ears. The ears was supposedly dark green parts (I think they should be) but in fact what they gave was rather dissapointing. We have 2 Dark Green stickers for the deepened panels and a clear plastic cover for each side. When fixed completely, you can see that it actually differs from what it should be (probably another suggested hazard area for painting).

BODY UNIT

Hmm...The Body where all the irregularities start. First time in the world we have Rubber parts for little panels across the body. These are coloured in light purple (very light). It's quite a challenge to bend them into place if you don't know how. *SPOILER* - The Transam Mode of Gundam Exia (as in HG 1/144 Gundam Exia Transam + GN Arms) has the panels Red. And still the main problem here is as always the Green parts. Problem persists as usual where the Dark Green are stickers and the poor clear plastic is cover. Sheeshh.....I wonder if they were gonna con us to buy the MG of this one.

ARM UNIT

Arms Arms Arms.....What can I say about them when they can hold on straight at a specific pose without dropping and falling. Well basically, all of Exia's basic kits are on his arms. The GN Long Blade, GN Short Blade the GN Blade Gun and bla bla...Phew....So bulky but still very firm. I giove credit to this one.

LEG UNIT

Here comes big problem No.1 of this kit, the legs. The joints between the upper legs and the torso is loose. This makes the legs always coming out of place. It's not possible giving it a good pose and expect it to stay firm for some time. It will eventually fall down and bah....not a good pair of legs at all.

WEAPONS/BOOSTER/EXTRAS & FINAL VERDICT

Weapons...What can I say about em? I tried to open the GN blades and they prove to be quite firm. The rest of the stuffs I just kept them the way they are shown in the manual during assembly stage. But he does have lots of cool weapons including the beam daggers and beam sabers.

Hey RedRacer thanks for another review.
I was looking at pics of the EXIA and it almost looks like a cross between S-Gundam and Seed Gundam design.
Very nice !

Sure thing....This is one my Gundams that are out of my display case....I managed to collect all the 4 1/100 Scale Gundam OO Gundams....Gonna assemble Dynames soon....And I am planning to get GN Arms HG 1/144 as well.....I love how it looks....But though this guy looks more like a melee suit than a multi purpose suit...

Well the Exia is a close combat mobile suit, and there is no all-purpose gundam in 00.
